One-Year Product Warranty
TRUE offers a one-year warranty on all products from the date of shipment to the dealer. All products are guaranteed against failure due to defective design, materials, or workmanship for one year. If a failure occurs during the warranty period, TRUE will make every effort to get you working again and your claim resolved within the shortest possible time.
What This Warranty Means for Dealers
Exceptions
Due to the nature of the construction equipment industry, normal wear will occur. Inexperienced or careless operation may cause failures. Not everything is covered.
Warranty claims will not be considered for the following:
- Failures due to wear, neglect, or misuse
- Paint or finish
- Items not supplied by TRUE
- Altered attachments
- Travel, downtime, loss of productivity, loss of profit
- Personal injury, or damage to a machine or property
- Wear items and consumables
- Shop supplies
- Fuel or environmental charges
- Exposure to elements due to improper storage
Filing a Warranty Claim
When a warranty issue arises, contact TRUE Attachments with:
- Product model and serial number
- Date of purchase
- Description of the failure
- Photos of the entire product and the failure point
We will work with you to determine if the issue is covered under warranty and, if so, arrange for prompt resolution.
